Registration is now OPEN for the 2nd Annual ASCE Idaho Civil Engineering Conference! Registration ends March 20th, don't delay - space is limited.

Last year's conference was a huge success with over 100 engineers in attendance. This year the conference will take place March 24th - 25th, 2020 at the Boise State University Student Union Building. Civil Engineers from all disciplines, public and private sector from Idaho and the surrounding states will be in attendance. The annual SIS Outstanding Civil Engineering Awards Banquet will take place at lunch on Wednesday. Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received regarding the Casino Night Happy Hour Event, we're bringing it back for 2020. Happy hour will take place before the banquet and consist of beverages (cash bar) and fun casino games including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and more. This is the premier Idaho Civil Engineering event of the year and you don't want to miss it!

Unlike other conferences, we put the Vendors at center stage. The conference is designed to maximize the amount of time attendees spend in the tradeshow. All meals (sans banquet) will be served in the tradeshow area along with morning and afternoon snacks and refreshments. To increase tradeshow foot traffic even more, there will be a Vendor sponsored raffle held during every break so make sure to bring lots of Vendor swag to give away. Vendor registration Includes:

•              1 - 8’x8’ Vendor space at the tradeshow (table, tablecloth, and chairs included)

•              2 - meal tickets for breakfast each day and lunch

•              2 - tickets for the Casino Night happy hour event

•              2 - tickets for the Outstanding Civil Engineering Awards Banquet

Sponsorship Opportunities: Vendors can increase their exposure at the conference by taking advantage of sponsorship opportunities. There are several sponsorship opportunities available to fit every budget. Vendors can purchase sponsorships for breakfast each morning, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks and refreshments, the Casino Night happy hour event, and the Outstanding Civil Engineering Awards Banquet. Sponsorship will include your company logo prominently displayed at the event in a location that everyone will see such as at the entrance to the event and at key locations throughout, an announcement during the sponsored event, and your company logo printed in the conference program adjacent to the sponsored event. Recordings: Video and audio recording of any part of the conference is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from both ASCE and subjects being recorded.

Photograph Release: By submitting the registration form, I hereby release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of me during these events by ASCE to be used for any purpose.

Liability Waiver: In submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree that I am undertaking to participate in the Conference activities as my own voluntary and intentional act. I agree that I alone am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating in any Conference activity, and I understand that there is risk associated with my participation, which may include without limitation, injury or loss caused by my own negligence or the negligence of others. With knowledge and acceptance of the risks involved, I accept full responsibility for my own safety and well-being. In consideration of my participation in Conference activities, I hereby waive, release, hold harmless, and discharge ASCE and its officers, directors, and employees from any and all loss or injury that may be suffered by me in connection with Conference activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payment Information: Acceptable forms of payment include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover Card.

Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellations must be received by ASCE in writing. A full refund minus processing fees will be issued if the cancellation notice is received before the cancellation deadline of February 28th, 2020.
